I would like to get a full refund. I arrived at 5:45pm. After an hour of arriving the power went out at the hotel and hasn’t came back on so my spouse and I are going to another hotel. The hotel manager isn’t sure when the power will be back on as she has contacted DTE and they don’t have an update ...
